Click start search for services Services. Go to Bluetooth Support Service right click and enable or start the service. Reboot your PC and check if bluetooth works. Windows drivers for Broadcom Bluetooth devices are no longer posted here.
They should be available through Microsoft's Windows Update service. If drivers were not downloaded automatically by Windows Update, use Device Manager to refresh the driver from Windows Update, or contact the device manufacturer.
When I saw that drivers were not downloaded automatically by Windows update, then I used Device Manager to refresh the driver from Windows Update. However, I found The best driver softwre for your device is already installed. My Windows 10 Elitebook p serial number [edited] is supposed to have Bluetooth, but I can't get it to work. The drivers listed under the device are bthenum.
