Where to put save files fallout 3

I already copied the save-files of the Bethesda launcher and have them on my PC. However I am unable to locate where the save files are for the Steam function. Anyone can tell me? Then browse to the FalloutShelter directory.

I am asking if my save files like when you click start and then save the game can somehow be saved on my internal hard drive even though all other fallout 3 game files are on my external, because when I connect my external to a new laptop, it has the game alreayd there, but when I try to load my ga,e there is no option for it, only new game.
